Bethany Webster is seeking a positive and self-motivated Customer Service Specialist and Social Media Moderator

Bethany Webster, the world’s leading expert on healing the Mother Wound, is hiring. Bethany is a leader in the field of women’s empowerment and offers coaching, an online course, and her new book Discovering the Inner Mother. Bethany has a dedicated and rapidly growing global following with over a thousand courses sold, a high-traffic blog, 20K followers on Instagram, and 10K in her free Facebook group.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, able to give and receive feedback, and able to multitask with ease. You take pride in thinking a few steps ahead and working independently. Due to the sensitive nature of Bethany’s work on helping women heal the Mother Wound, this position requires that you have a nurturing, patient, and highly professional demeanor. You should have 2-3 years of experience in customer service and some social media management experience, as well as an interest in inner work and women’s empowerment.

Job Duties

Customer service: Responding to client emails, troubleshooting inquiries with billing support, minor updates to customer accounts in the online platform, and redirecting emails to corresponding team members when necessary.

Social media moderation: Review and reply to comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram, properly vet and admit members to the Facebook groups, manage DMs and repost stories.


– Gmail & G-Suite, Keap, Facebook & Instagram, Slack, Trello

– A willingness to learn new programs and processes to improve the customer support experience is a must!

More Details

You will work directly with Bethany and her marketing team when needed.

Part-time hours will be Monday-Friday, approximately 1-2 hours per day, with the ability to check email and social media morning and afternoon. These hours may grow as Bethany’s work gets more exposure.

Your workload will increase up to 4 hours per day during peak season, which happens 2-3 times a year during course launches, and you need to have the ability to check customer service 1-2 hours per weekend during peak times.
